If you're not happy with your face 4 humanity product, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number  at and put "Return" in the subject line.

Customers will not be credited if an order is shipped back without a return authorization number.

We will refund your credit card within 30 days of receiving your return.

Please Note: original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, unless the return is a result of our error.


While we do our best to pack and ship your item with the utmost care, there may be times when an item is damaged in transit.

When your order arrives, please inspect the bag for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. It is normal for the bag to show some wear however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please notify us immediately at Please put "Damaged Product" in the subject line.

Please provide us your order number and please retain the invoice showing proof of purchase, the shipping box, packaging materials, and the damaged item(s). We will contact the carrier to inspect and pick up the damaged package.
